At Creative Creations by Dee Inc., each doormat is handmade and customized with care. Because your mat is created specifically for you, most orders are made to order.

Processing time is typically 3–15 business days, depending on design complexity and order volume. Some specialty or bulk orders may require additional time.

If your order is still within the stated processing window, please allow us that time to complete your custom piece. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. We truly appreciate your patience and support of our handmade business.

We ship via major carriers to destinations within the continental United States.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our goal is to provide high-quality, personalized doormats that add personality and charm to your doorstep. Each mat is individually crafted and carefully inspected for quality and accuracy before it leaves our studio.

Because all items are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed due to the custom nature of our products.

Event tickets, workshops, and mat party deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason.
