How to Order a Custom Doormat

Creating a personalized doormat is simple. Follow these steps so your order includes everything needed for production.

1. Choose Your Size and Mat Color

Select Small 16 × 24, Standard 18 × 30, or Large 24 × 36. When available, choose Natural Brown or Black.

2. Enter Your Personalization

Type the exact wording you want in the customization box. Check names, dates, capitalization, punctuation, and spelling carefully.

3. Upload Your Inspiration

If your design requires artwork, a logo, or a visual reference, upload the clearest file available. Missing or unclear information may delay production while we contact you.

4. Allow Time for Handmade Production

Custom mats are handmade to order. Please allow 3–15 business days for production before shipping.

5. Care for Your Finished Mat

Keep the mat in a dry, covered entryway. Shake, sweep, or lightly vacuum it as needed, and do not saturate it with water.
