PROCESSING TIME

Every Creative Creations By Dee doormat is hand-painted and made to order. Please allow 3–15 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Processing time is separate from the shipping carrier’s transit time. During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing may take the full 15-business-day period.

SHIPPING AREA

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping or local delivery.

SHIPPING RATES

Available shipping options and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and order details.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the notification.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Creative Creations By Dee Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If an address correction is needed, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production has started or the order has shipped.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at ccbydeeinc@gmail.com. Include your order number, photographs of the item, and photographs of the shipping packaging so we can review the issue.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier first. You may then contact us for additional assistance.
